We are undertaking our most ambitious project yet—the full renovation of an all-through boys’ school in rural Iraq, from primary to secondary. This school, serving 1,200 students, is in critical condition. Classrooms are overcrowded, some are uninhabitable due to damp and collapsing roofs, and the bathrooms are little more than holes in the ground. There’s no playground, leaving students with nothing to do during breaks.
